Privacy
What we collect, where it came from, and how to have it deleted. Plain language, because the alternative is nobody reading it.
What we collect about a business
Prominta works on businesses, not private individuals. For
each one we hold: the public listing from Google Places (name, address,
phone, category, rating, website), and information we read from the
business's own public website — the structured data it publishes, its
robots.txt, and any business contact address published on it.
All of it is already public. We do not buy lists, we do not guess email addresses from name patterns, and we do not collect anything from behind a login.
What we collect about an assistant's answers
We ask AI assistants a small set of questions about contractors in a city and record which businesses they name. Those answers are about companies, and we store them so a report can be shown without asking again.
What we collect about you, if you ask for a report
The website and email address you type into the form, so we can send you the report. Nothing else — no account, no password, no payment details, and no tracking or advertising cookies anywhere on this site.
Report links
A report lives at a URL with a random token. That page is indexable, but the report data is not in the page — it is fetched with the token after the page loads. A search engine, or anyone without the link, sees the marketing page and never a named business's report.
We contact businesses at addresses published on their own websites, about their own websites. Every message says who we are and carries a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is permanent and immediate: the address goes to a suppression list that every send checks first, and we do not remove addresses from it.
Deletion
Email privacy@prominta.com from any address on the domain, or name the business, and we delete the record — the listing, the audit history and the report link — and add the domain to the suppression list so it is not collected again. No conditions, and no offer to keep you.
Who else sees it
The audits run through AI providers (currently Google Gemini), which receive the questions we ask — questions about a trade and a city, which contain no personal data. Hosting is Amazon Web Services. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.
